The hotel is in a great location near Gare de Lyon. It is also close to the metro (it was very convenient). Staff members were helpful and kind. I especially liked that the breakfast room has an outside terrace.
The room wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be. I found some hairs on the pillows (it was a bit off-putting). The roof window didn't have good soundproofing. I could hear birds outside.

Lovely Stay Near Gare de Lyon

The staff was very attentive to my needs. I appreciated the warm welcome with complimentary coffee and water after a long journey. I was also very thankful for the option to store my bags on my last day, it allowed me to explore freely. The closeness to the subway made getting around very easy. The location was safe, as there were many students and eateries in the area.
The single power socket in my room presented some challenges for charging my devices.

The staff let me check in early, I really appreciated that. Breakfast was quite nice with a good selection. My room was close to the trains. This made getting around simple. The price felt very reasonable for what I got.
The bathroom felt a bit cramped. Taking a shower was tricky because of the design.

The reception staff offered a friendly welcome upon my arrival. Assistance with directions and local information was readily available, they were very helpful. The staff seemed genuinely invested in.

There were many restaurants nearby, perfect for quick dinners. The hotel's proximity to the bus station offered great convenience for day trips. Access to museums throughout the city was certainly advantageous because of the central position.
